Like all the other splendid amenities of the Resort, the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature Hualalai Golf Course has been crafted with extreme sensitivity to the land. The natural white-sand beach at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai offers crystal-clear, calm waters and sheltered swimming. A short walk up the coast leads guests to the Kona Village beach, a tropical sanctuary for fish, and a great place for snorkelling and water activities, because of the clear, calm waters.
The Resort boasts seven swimming facilities - each offering something unique: The Beach Tree Pool, the centrepiece of the Resort, is located oceanfront, surrounded by a wooden pool deck, teak chaises, and cabanas. The Sea Shell lagoon-shaped pool, with its infinity edge, gives the illusion of blending with the ocean. The adults-only Palm Grove Pool features a swim-up bar and a bench seating within the pool. With over 3,000 tropical fish from more than 75 species swimming freely, King's Pond is certainly the most colourful pool anywhere. Keiki Pool, the young children's pool, has a graduated white-sand bottom, making it feel like its own beach. The Fitness Pool is a heated olympic-style pool located at the Hualalai Sports Club and Spa that offers 4 lap lanes. The Ocean Pool is carved out of the oceanfront lava rock and features a natural breakwater.
The staff of the Resort strive to exceed the expectations of their guests and provide them with the most extraordinary and highly personalized experiences.
